Export your CSV
In the GCash or Maya app, open your transaction history and use the export or statement option to download a CSV file to your phone.

Upload to BudgetPH
Open the CSV import tool and upload the file. BudgetPH auto-detects whether it's a GCash or Maya export and parses the rows.

Review the categories
Transactions are matched to categories by keyword. Scan the preview and adjust any category that needs a tweak.

Confirm the import
Nothing is saved until you confirm. Import everything, or just the rows you want — you stay fully in control.

Will it create duplicates?
Review the preview before saving and import only new transactions to avoid duplicates.
How often can I import?
Once a month on the Free plan, unlimited on Pro.
